Sockapal2za socks sent and recieved!!!

Well, in case you were wondering, I did finish my pal's socks and they were off in the mail on Saturday. OH PAL, when you read this, I should be almost done with the extra little giftie! Hope you liked the socks and here are the pictures for the rest of you!

Takin' a bath, takin' a bath (watch out the colors ran a bit)

Here they are in thier finished state! If my feet were smaller, I would've kept 'em!
Look at what came for me :)
OOOOO They fit too!

These socks came from Philadelphia, not a suberb, but actually in Philly (according to her blog)
There are 2 postcards from her favorite places in Philly (one is of Boathouse Row and the other is the LOVE statue) Are you dying to know who my sock pal is, huh? huh? She is Christy of Rainbow Chills. Thank you so much, Christy. OMGosh, I forgot to tell you what pattern...geesh, shoot me now, k? Unst from Nancy Bush's Knitting on the Road in Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock Yarn in Brick! Thank you, Thank you!

Comments:
by "suberb" do you mean "suburb?" :P

I love all these socks I am seeing in that Sockpal2za. It makes me want to put down these hooks and pick up some needles! What a gorgeous color both these socks are!

yep that's what I meant. Not in a good enough mood to spell check :P Sorry.

Wow your socks look wonderful, I know you're sockpal will love them and the socks you received are lovely too! Here's hoping I receive as good a sock pal as you are, I haven't heard from them! :)

I'm so glad you got them and liked them! Yes, indeedy, I live in center city Philly, not in a suburb. City living is awesome.

So glad your socks fit and you like them!

Hey Lady,
Sorry to contact you this way but I've left you e-mail and address at home. I received your money yesterday but I was home sick and your bag was at work - heh! Can you send me your info again - I promise I wont breath on your Pool Bag...Shannon svickers@swfla.rr.com
Thanks

Oh, the socks that you knit came out so very nice! I can't remember what yarn you used... Was it Koigu?

Christy is so sweet! Lucky you to receive her socks. And your pal is very lucky, too. It's fun to see socks arriving all over blogland.
